We share detailed instructions and best practices to ensure your oral presentation at ASRIC 2026 is professional and impactful.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • Recommended presentation length is 15 minutes, inclusive of Q&A.
  • Slide format must be 16:9 or 4:3 in PDF or PPT/PPTX format.
  • Files must be named as 'ID_Name_ASRIC2026'.
  • Final slides must be submitted by September 14, 2026.
  • Presenters should perform a technical check-in at least 30 minutes before their session.

E-Poster Presentation Guidelines

Please ensure your e-poster strictly follows the technical specifications listed below for an optimal viewing experience during the virtual session.

e-Poster Preparation

  • Dimensions: A1 - 594 x 841 mm (Portrait orientation only).
  • File Format: High-resolution PDF or JPG.
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for clarity.
  • Font Size: Minimum 24pt is recommended for body text.
  • The poster should include the title, author(s), and affiliation(s) at the top, followed by the Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion sections.
  • Authors are encouraged to use figures, tables, graphs, and images where appropriate to improve visual clarity and audience understanding.
  • The content should be concise, clear, and well-organized for academic presentation.
  • A poster template will be available for download. However, participants may also use their own poster design/template as long as it follows the required poster size and format guidelines.

e-Poster Submission

  • The final poster submission : 1 - 7 September 2026.
  • The poster submission link will be updated and shared prior to the submission date.
  • Authors are advised to submit their posters early to avoid technical issues during the submission process.
  • Submission Process: Uploaded directly via the official ASRIC 2026 virtual event portal.​

Virtual Poster Showcase

  • All accepted posters will be displayed on the conference website starting one week prior to the conference day for public viewing and academic engagement.
  • Participants in the e-poster category are NOT required to present their posters during the Virtual Showcase.
  • Questions regarding the poster presentation may be directed to the poster author(s) via the email address provided on the poster or submitted through the ASRIC 2026 Secretariat for further communication with the respective author(s).
