The extended abstract submission for the 4th Applied Sciences Research International Conference 2026 (ASRIC2026) is now open from March 1st until September 15th, 2026. Participate in ASRIC2026 by sharing your work with colleagues. An extended abstract submission is required for both oral and poster presentation registration. If your extended abstract is accepted and you present it at ASRIC2026, it will be published in the Conference Proceedings with an eISBN. Don't miss the opportunity to share your work! The deadline is September 15th, 2026. All submitted extended abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee, and authors will be notified of the acceptance. Extended Abstract Submission Guidelines
Length and Formatting

Authors are invited to submit Extended Abstracts of no more than 3 pages using the Extended Abstract Template provided.

Extended Abstracts submitted to ASRIC2026 must be original and not have been previously published or be under review by other journals.

Authors are responsible for proofreading their Extended Abstracts and conducting a plagiarism check with a Turnitin similarity index of not more than 20%.

All submitted Extended Abstracts will undergo review by the conference scientific committee for potential inclusion in the conference program.

Notification of Extended Abstract acceptance will be sent to Authors via email within 2-3 days after submission.

All accepted Extended Abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings with an eISBN.
Document Structure
• Introduction: Provide a concise background of the research problem, theoretical framework, and primary objectives.
• Methodology: Detail the experimental procedures, data collection techniques, or analytical models utilized.
• Results and Discussion: Present significant findings supported by key evidence, figures, or data tables.
• Conclusion: Briefly summarize the results and their implications for the field.
Language, Style, and Ethics
• All extended abstracts must be written in English. References must standardly follow the APA 7th Edition style.
• ASRIC 2026 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. All submissions will be vetted for originality.
General Submission Guidelines
Eligibility & Participation
- Academics & Researchers: Open to faculty members, doctoral candidates, and independent scholars working within all fields of applied science.
- Students: Both undergraduate and postgraduate students are strongly encouraged to present their innovative research projects and findings.
- Industry Professionals: Practicing scientists, engineers, policy experts, and corporate R&D teams are invited to share case studies and technological insights.
Preparation & Formatting Style
- Submission Type: Authors are required to submit an extended abstract detailing their methodology, research context, and preliminary or final results.
- Word Limits: Submissions must be between 500 and 1,000 words in length, excluding the reference list.
- Language: The official conference language is English. Consistently use either British or American English conventions throughout the document.
- Standard Formatting: Submissions should use Times New Roman or Arial font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
- File Specifications: All documents must be uploaded in Microsoft Word (.docx) format for editing and peer-review purposes.
Academic Integrity & Plagiarism
- Original Work: Submitted abstracts must contain original, unpublished research that is not currently under consideration by another venue.
- Similary Index: All submissions will undergo plagiarism screening. A maximum similarity threshold of 20% (including self-plagiarism) is strictly enforced.
- Ethical Clearances: Research involving human participants or animal models must explicitly state that relevant ethical approvals were obtained.
