Submission Guidelines
Eligibility & Participation
- Academics & Researchers: Open to faculty members, doctoral candidates, and independent scholars working within all fields of applied science.
- Students: Both undergraduate and postgraduate students are strongly encouraged to present their innovative research projects and findings.
- Industry Professionals: Practicing scientists, engineers, policy experts, and corporate R&D teams are invited to share case studies and technological insights.
Preparation & Formatting Style
- Submission Type: Authors are required to submit an extended abstract detailing their methodology, research context, and preliminary or final results.
- Word Limits: Submissions must be between 500 and 1,000 words in length, excluding the reference list.
- Language: The official conference language is English. Consistently use either British or American English conventions throughout the document.
- Standard Formatting: Submissions should use Times New Roman or Arial font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
- File Specifications: All documents must be uploaded in Microsoft Word (.docx) format for editing and peer-review purposes.
Academic Integrity & Plagiarism
- Original Work: Submitted abstracts must contain original, unpublished research that is not currently under consideration by another venue.
- Similary Index: All submissions will undergo plagiarism screening. A maximum similarity threshold of 20% (including self-plagiarism) is strictly enforced.
- Ethical Clearances: Research involving human participants or animal models must explicitly state that relevant ethical approvals were obtained.
Review Process
The ASRIC 2026 organizing committee is committed to a transparent and high-quality peer review process. All submitted extended abstracts will undergo a standard double-blind review. In this process, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept strictly confidential to prevent bias and ensure that every submission is evaluated solely on its academic and scientific merit.
Evaluation criteria focus on several key pillars: originality of the research, relevance to the chosen conference track, technical clarity, and scientific rigor. Reviewers provide constructive feedback to help authors refine their work, ensuring that all accepted presentations meet the sophisticated international standards expected by our global audience of scholars and industry leaders.
Upon successful completion of the review, authors will receive notification regarding the final decision. Accepted abstracts will be assigned to specific technical sessions for oral or poster presentation and will be included in the official Conference Proceedings with eISBN. Additionally, high-impact contributions will be considered for fast-track publication in our partner indexed journals.
